Sessions are offered by appointment only and must be booked in advance.
Payment is required prior to or at the time of your session, unless otherwise agreed.
At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
KHHC provides counselling support and is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency services.
If you are experiencing a crisis or require urgent support, please contact a relevant emergency or mental health service in your area.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Counselling is a collaborative process, and results may vary depending on individual engagement and circumstances.
