My work is centred around helping you understand yourself more deeply, especially in the areas where you may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or repeating patterns you don't fully understand.
Rather than focusing only on surface-level solutions, we gently explore the underlying emotional, psychological, and nervous system dynamics shaping your experience.
Sessions are conversational, reflective, and at times somatic, meaning we may also bring awareness to the body, breath, and internal sensations as part of the process.
